AOF: Mood Music

While I finish up writing the sequel to The Art of Falling, I’ve noticed that I’ve been listening to a lot of Panic! at the Disco. Their music really gets my writing juices flowing, especially for Regal. Brendon Urie is practically the personification of Regal’s allure and energy.

Of course, Panic! at the Disco isn’t the only music that I listen to while I’m writing. I typically create a playlist of songs that either fit the scene I’m writing, or the over mood of the story.

Here’s the playlist that I created for The Art of Falling during the years that I was writing and editing. For those who read the rough draft, do you agree with my choices? For those who haven’t had a chance to read it, what sort of vibes do you get for the book from this playlist? Let me know what you think below!
